FAQs

  • We are open Monday-Friday 6.30am-6pm.

  • You can drop your dog off between 6.30am-9am.

  • You can pick your dog up anytime before 6pm.

  • You may pick your dog up any time before 6pm, however if your dog is only here for half of the day, the cost remains the same. Our council permit dictates how many dogs can be on the site at one time, so by making a booking your dog has been allocated one of those spots for the day.

  • The only thing your dog will need is to be wearing a well fitting collar.

  • No. If your dog has a health condition/needs to be given medication throughout the day we can feed them in this circumstance. Otherwise all meals are to be given to your dog at home.

  • No. We only provide DAY care. We do not provide overnight stays.

  • You are able to see photos of the pens on our socials (Facebook & Instagram). We are unable to have members of the public walk through the facility while we have dogs present for safety reasons.

  • We do not provide toys for the dogs. In Daycare they play with the other dogs.

  • Dogs are dropped off between 6.30am-9am. Until all dogs have arrived, the dogs are placed in a rest area. These rest area’s can hold 2-4 dogs at a time depending on the size. From 9am they are let out into their pens to play with the other dogs. There is always a member of staff with the dogs supervising their play. At lunch time they are again placed in their rest area for an approximate 45minute rest. After lunch they are then let out into the pen to play. At around 4.30pm the “pick up” rush tends to begin, so dogs are placed in their rest areas again until they are picked up.

  • We do not discriminate against any breeds or neuter status (desexed or entire dogs). Each dog is assessed as an individual.

  • Our daycare is an indoor facility to allow us to be able to have temperature control and to keep the play area in a hygienic condition.
